2016 – Performative intervention
20 min, six headphones, six printed texts, computer
Description
Presented at Dataphysik in Kafi Schoffel, Zürich, Switzerland on 23.03.2016
Six people read a text written by me in a certain metronome. The performers should read the text as loudly as possible, according to the feeling.
The metronomes are different from person to person, so that a polyrhythmic language cloud arises in the room.
The fictional text tells of an Austrian who had to flee Europe because he had photographs and documents from the Viennese process, which were to be published in the US.
The text with these fictitious stories shows another side of history as a parallel to the superficial, politically uninterested background of most Dada artists.
